This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. The 'massage therapist' makes appointments via text only and will not answer a phone call. The appointments are only Monday through Friday - nothing on the weekends.

Bought a massage off groupon several months ago. Called and texted number and had a voicemail for Riverscape massage. Multiple times. Never received anything back. Husband went into the building to try and set something up. They never could get ahold of her since they "each do their own scheduling". Very unhappy I wasted my money on a gift.

First let me say, I never got to the part where I had a massage from Paula M as we were never able to get to that point. Here is my story. I initially called and left a message for an appointment on a Friday. Come Tuesday, I still had not gotten a call back so I texted and this time got a response. We set an appointment time for the following week Wednesday, 11:30 am. It was my week off of work and I was doing some things to treat myself. At 6:00 pm the night before my massage, Paula M cancelled and said she would need to move my appointment to the following week. I could not do this as I was off work for just one week.
