We own a double-wide mobile home. James and Eric relocated our heat pump and installed a new main vent under the house on 11-01. James called that morning to give me an update of their location and projected ETA. They arrived on time, had all the needed tools and equipment, kept me updated on their progress, welcomed my questions, and addressed my concerns.James installed the heat pump in 2014 and I request him to do our annual maintenance. In the future, I would also have total confidence in Eric being assigned for any maintenance, installs, or upgrades.Since I was building the new pad site, I called James several times with questions. I live in an apartment and Air & Water Solutions was there the next day after I called. My AC went out and the technician that came in had it fixed in one hour. By far the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever worked with.Services: Ductless heating & A/C services

Sean helped get us the best financing possible and make the installation happen before the holiday weekend because we were without AC. The installers- Kevin and Justin showed up when they said they would and were very courteous and explained the new unit to us. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent installation job. Everyone we talked to went above and beyond to make this whole process go as smoothly as possible.
