Choosing Aspire Integrated Health after my car accident was life changing. I dealt with constant pain for months and found no real relief with traditional medicine - my only regret is not coming here sooner.
Dr. John is amazing at what he does. He makes every visit comfortable, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about your progress. The clinic offers everything in one place: spinal decompression, cervical traction, red light therapy, and a massage roller to help relax back muscles before you get adjusted.

I feel I was led to Dr. Gillen & Dr. Jon at Aspire Integrated Health. I had been struggling for a long while but kept dealing with it and ignoring symptoms. Then those symptoms intensified. I have numbness in my right hand and fingers when driving. Walking up to numbness and heaviness in mainly my right hand and sometimes my left. It started with right ring finger. Then my ring, middle and index fingers would sometimes lock up. My left thumb started to pop and lock without my control and hurt. My right knee sometimes locks up. Overall my I haven’t felt well.

Everyone is so informational they teach you what it is that you need to do to become healthier in their facility and at home. Their equipment is awesome and they teach you how to use them and it helps you to get better progress in your health. They walk through your individual plans of what is best for you. Great doctors and staff. I thank them for their hard work and their dedication to getting others better and how much they care. So again thank you so much for all you do doctors and staff.
