I've been a Massage Envy customer for 10+ years going to places in Virginia. Nevada and presently going to the Massage Envy on Ford Parkway, St Paul. In all locations I have always been treated with respect. My present location has been awesome Lindsey is awesome. I like a.little deeper pressure and hers is perfect. Front desk has always been very helpful in taking care membership issues.

I've been a Massage Envy customer for a few years now. It took a few mediocre (and one really bad, tbh!) massages until I found my go-to massage therapists (Mary at the downtown mpls location). I recently moved to St. Paul and Mary gets booked out waaay in advance -- so I decided to give the Highland Village location a chance. I called end of May & they didn't have an opening for a massage until early July! Maybe their massage therapists are also all in high demand and/or staffing shortages? Kind of a bummer, but probably out of their control. Anyways, I have A LOT of 'banked' services from not using my membership every month (especially throughout the first year or so...read full review

I came in with cautious expectations based on mixed reviews online and from my friends, and I was born away by how great everything was. Ann was amazing, knowledgeable, and so friendly; the staff at the front were also great; I did not at any point feel pressured to become a member as some told me I would, and that made me want to have a membership all the more! My massage lasted exactly as long as I paid for and was just what I asked. Awesome experience! Yay Ann!
