Though new to Merite House of Beauty, I'm a long time client of Alex, well over 15 years! I've been so pleased with her that I've followed every time she or her salon changed locations.
Alex is extremely accommodating and patient with my perfectionistic tendencies. :) She listens well and works WITH me to find a hair style and products (Merite has an impressive variety of product) that bring out the best in my hair, which is very fine.
Alex is well-trained and highly skilled - it's obvious that she LOVES what she does! She also works closely with my colorist to ensure a seamless transition between services.
