Matt is awesome. Heat pump went out late one night I called Matt early morning and he had a Tech named Eddie come out before the time he stated with a heads up call. Eddie quickly diagnosed the issue a capacitor and had us up and running in about 15 min. I highly recommend this company. Fair and honest.

From my 1 and ONLY call to Elk River Heating & Air (Jen) to my on-time appointment (Eddie).. my central air unit was up and running in no time!Elk River Heating & Air Conditioning is the only company I am going to use and/or refer. No one ever truly knows exactly what the issue may be, over the phone yet Jen said "It may be the capacitor" ... turns out it was! Now, had their been more - I certainly would understand as I do not know the age of the unit etc., but if anyone expects someone to truly/accurately diagnose sight unseen.. they're not right in the head. PERFECT EXECUTION. ELK RIVER HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR NEEDS FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. THE ORIGINAL CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER THAT CAME WITH OUR HOUSE FAILED ON A SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM AND EDDIE HAD A COMPLETELY NEW UNIT UP AND RUNNING BY 3:00 MONDAY AFTERNOON. MATT, THE BUSINESS OWNER, STOPPED BY ON FRIDAY SHORTLY AFTER I CALLED HIM. HE TESTED AND CONFIRMED FAILURE OF THE UNIT. HE THEN SHOT ME A PRICE AND WE SHOOK HANDS ON THE DEAL. I TRUST HIM IMPLICITLY. THIS TRANSPIRED DURING A HOT SPELL WHICH I'M SURE MUST HAVE STRETCHED THE COMPANY'S RESOURCES.
