Karen did my mom's hair. She is fantastic. Everything was clean and organized. She greeted and welcomed us. Overall improved experience from the last time I was there. She has taken over management of that location and I couldn't be more please for them.

The hair cut was good but the atmosphere was not. Had a distracted stylist who had to attend to a customer on the phone and talk to the hair stylist in the next chair who was cutting her daughters hair. She was not friendly, it was an uncomfortable vibe. I would rather pay extra money to go somewhere that I feel welcome and not like someone hates me.

I had my 1st appointment this morning and it was with Andrea. I am very pleased with my cut and have made an appointment for next month. She is such a nice young lady. Very nice personality. My wish is that you had discounts for Seniors.
