Staff could not transfer my surgical clearance letter over due to failed fax. They couldn't come up with an alternative and places patients at risk of getting their surgery cancelled and postponed.
I have been seeing Dr. Mark Zawisa for 14 years and he is the best Doctor I have ever had. He takes his time with you and isn't in a rush to get out of the room. He will answer your questions! He transferred from IHA Brighton Family Care and I followed him to IHA Family Medicine - South Lyon cause I didn't want a new Doctor. The staff here is very nice and friendly here to. Great service and they get you in very quickly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a Doctor. They also have a Urgent Care in the same office.
I have been to IHA two times now and had wonderful treatment. I saw Christine Burkeen, PA both times and found her to be very caring, friendly and best of all took care of my medical issue immediately. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Very good care here! I would highly recommend this urgent care.
