Went today to have a spa day with my daughter today nails and eye brow wax were great hair cut was horrible the girl cut one side way to short close to scalp an left a bald spot in back on side other side has small bald spot. She didn't have an instructor check my hair before I leftJust wanted her to trim it not hack it up and send me on my way

This is a good school for the education the state of Michigan requires to be taught. The instructors will go the extra mile for their students. Mrs. Nocella has been working with me for the last few months to refresh my brain about the state board exam to prepare me to take it and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful to have her.

I chose this place, because of the lack of professionalism at Paul Mitchell the Salon and School in Sylvania. The first 2 hair appointments went smoothly, this morning though, I was scheduled for 11:30 with Dani, and She never showed up, You Would THINK that, SOMEONE would have CALLED me, to let me know this, since I DROVE from Sylvania Ohio!Then, the School Master said:::There's enough time to do your hair,While the Confused Student said:::There's Not enough time, to do your hair!!!Talk About A Lack of Professionalism, by the Student after the School Master said there was enough time!!!I'm an EXCELLENT TIPPER, Last 2 times ➕ the woman who did my eyebrows, I Tipped...read full review
