I've been coming to The Body Center to see Stella for almost a year now, so I'm updating my review. Stella is truly a healer. If you're looking for a relaxing massage, go elsewhere. I usually spend the week after feeling/looking like someone beat me up (from all the cupping and REALLY REALLY deep tissue massage). You must be firm if you need her to pull back on the pressure because she may look like a lil' lady but she's strong!! Truth be told, for a while I was thinking that may be this was too intense. I was really curious about colon hydrotherapy after switching to a raw vegan lifestyle a couple years ago and trying a more holistic approach to health. I decided to try it here and Stella made my experience extremely comfortable and relaxing! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and experienced in her work. I was definitely nervous before going in but after meeting her I was confident that I was in good hands! I immediately had more energy and a lifted mood and look forward to coming back in the future for a massage! I highly recommend the Body Center!

Stella is the best colon hydrotherapist ever! She has great energy and wants to serve her customers and provide them with a component of health care that is really important. She makes you very comfortable before during and after.
