I had my haircut last summer, in the middle of COVID. Was told one appointment date via text, showed up and was told there were no appointments that day, asked if I had actually talked to someone from there, had to call in front of a different attendant to get a new date. I get it, life was crazy. Still a bit awkward.Actual appointment I was told this person knew how to cut curly hair, but since it began with a wash and ended with a blow dry (even after I asked to let it air dry) I’m not confident about that. Absolutely loved my experience at Rise. My appt. was with Jason. I wasn't sure what direction to go with for hair color and wanted a complete makeover. I am so happy with everything Jason did! From the color to the cut and style. The cost was also very reasonable. So reasonable I was able to buy some product from Jason and a very deserved tip for him too! Always tip your stylist! The conversation was great too!

Jason did more than cut my daughters hair, he was spot on matching the cut/style to her personality. Neither one of us could quit smiling for the rest of the day. And he’s super funny so that was a bonus! My daughter has never been so happy after leaving a salon. I think he just found himself a new customer. Thanks Jason!
