Russ is awesome! have alopecia. The first time I bought a custom made human hair piece was from "My Brothers" in Lansing. I was so excited when I received it. It was not human hair. I paid over $2,000 for it. I happened to stop into see Russ, just for glue. He hooked me up with a brand new custom piece at a great price. I have dealt with himy for over 20 yrs. At one point when I moved to Vegas, my ex husband did not bring the bin I had all my wigs in. The new buyer of the home threw them out. I was distraught. I had an interview with a law firm, and no hair! Russ sent me a replacement and let me pay him ove time. He is highly knowledgeable about wigs. I will never order...read full review
