Racist Asians called me a nigger and grabbed my friend hand and purse. 0/0 . Ignored us bc we were black. Also, I saw a rat.

I booked an appointment online. I was able to get in right away. I needed my nails filled, trimmed, re-shaped, and color. Lee did a great job of doing exactly what I asked of him. The design was a little tricky but he gave it his best shot and I think it turned out wonderful.

Everyone was so nice and it smelled lovely inside. My nails were perfect, as were my friend's who went with me

This was my first time at ABC nails and I couldn’t be happier with my nails! Lee works quickly but skillfully. I showed him a photo of the design I wanted, he said he would do it better and he did not disappoint! They’re soooo much prettier than the pic I found online! He filed them until they were perfect and kept asking me if I was happy while he worked. He’s funny and very kind as well. Hannah gave me a great pedicure. My toes look so cute and neat. They’re super friendly, treat clients like family and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The chandeliers and calming music make you feel like a diva. I found my new go to nail spa! Give them a try!!!!Services: Acrylic nails

I’ve gone here four or five times now and I’m never disappointed. At one point I visited a different nail salon because they were closed I wish I would’ve waited for them to be open the next day. Because the nail tech at Cheshire nails did a terrible job. Luckily the extremely nice man Lee hooked me up yet again! They’re so nice friendly and accommodating. He fixed what was done and improved. i’ve also had my nails done by the lady name Hannah she does an amazing job as well. She’s so friendly and all the nail techs are so into each others work very positive environment! She also hooked up my friends nails to do an amazing powder ombré for her today. Cute AF deafly gonna go back I promise I will no longer cheat on my nail salon LOL.Services: Acrylic nails

Went in as a walk-in appointment as I normally need to do with my busy schedule. Even though the place was busy the whole time I was there (presumably due to some rain during the Art Prize Festival), I was still meticulously cared for! I had a shellac pedi (white, she did a very neat job) and a full set done by Lee. I showed him a rough design of what I was looking for with different colors and he delivered, and even added his own touch! I've been here several times and have never had a negative experience! Thank you :)

I have never written a Yelp review, but feel obligated to share my experience so that anyone looking for a nail salon knows not to try this place. I went to ABC Nails to get a manicure and pedicure before a wedding I was in the next day. I went soon after opening (~10:20 am on Friday). The person who was doing my manicure cut my right ring finger badly when cutting cuticles and I was bleeding a lot. She was taking a visibly dirty towel and putting it on my finger to absorb the blood. I repeatedly asked her politely to use a clean towel or paper towel. A few minutes later while I was still bleeding and asking for something clean to be used, the manager came by and put some antibacterial drops on it. The experience made me concerned about cleanliness. I had worn flip-flops to the salon and walked out in the flip-flops I had worn there. When I got back from pre-wedding events after 10:30 that evening, I took a shower. When I looked at my toes, the vast majority of polish had come off my big toes and polish had come off other toes as well. I took a picture when I got out of the shower to document what it looked like 12 hours after getting my manicure and pedicure. I got picked up at 8:30 the next morning for wedding events, so I was unable to stop by the salon to have it fixed before the wedding. I was wearing open-toed sandals for the wedding so I had another polish that was similar in color and a friend used it to paint over the spots where it had come off. It was bumpy and a Plan B that I should not have had to do after paying $55 plus cash tip for a mani/pedi. The next day I tried to stop by the salon but the manager was not there and the staff was unapologetic and unconcerned about my experience. I departed Michigan a few hours later and called the manager the following morning to explain what happened. He said if there was an issue, I needed to come by the salon when he was there and they could have fixed the nails in question. I explained that I had gotten a manicure and pedicure before a Saturday wedding and had no time to do that, because the polish came off in the shower late in the evening (12 hours after I had the pedicure done) when it was too late for me to return to the salon that night and that I had to leave for the wedding festivities before it reopened on Saturday morning. I told him that I wasn't sure he was understanding the severity of what happened, because I have gotten many manicures and pedicures in my life and never seen anything like this (and neither had anyone else at the wedding who witnessed this), so I asked whether he had an email address or phone number where I could send him the picture. He refused multiple times to share that information so I could send him a picture. He kept saying I had to come back into the salon and show him the damaged nails, even though I explained several times that I had traveled from out of town for the wedding and that I could not do that based on the timing of events of flights. Even though I remained calm when speaking with him, he hung up on me after 6 minutes. People expect manicures and pedicures to chip over time, but neither I nor any of the other women who witnessed this expected so much of the nail polish to come off in the shower 12 hours after a pedicure. The fact that the manager thought this was normal reflects how dismal this salon is. If I could get negative star reviews, I would, because the final product (the manicure and pedicure) was unacceptable, the salon itself was dirty, the staff was unapologetic and unconcerned about quality of work, and the services were overpriced. I cannot insist more strongly that you avoid this salon at all costs.

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon ever! I absolutely cannot understand why they have such good reviews! My friend & I did not get what we asked for even though we showed pictures of exactly what we wanted. They could not even do a simple flower design that any nail tech anywhere knows how to do. Instead they used a BUTTERFLY NAIL STICKER as "close to it." WHAT?? I even spent an hour researching this place online, reading reviews and looking at photos to be sure they did elaborate nail designs. So, I don't know who did the nails on their website, but not these people. I will never recommend or return to this place.Services: Nail art
