I regret hiring this company immensely. They did not pull the permits for the extensive work they did and my city requires. Weeks after a very large renovation was almost completed, my kitchen ceiling caved in from a leak from the bathroom they remodeled above it. They repaired it, but it leaked again into my kitchen within 2 years of their repair. They installed a bathtub and my insurance contractors (I had to file a claim to get damage repaired) are advising me of several findings from work Moore did that does not meet code as well as improper installation. They installed a bathroom ventilation fan which is supposed to terminate through a vent in the roof to avoid a moldy attic. Moore never bothered to extend the ventilation outdoors and left it venting into my attic. They used wood shims between the bowl and base of a toilet they installed which of course leaked and needed to be replaced. They promised to replace a new cabinet in the bathroom that became waterlogged from their work. They took 7 weeks to fix the leak and then refused to replace the waterlogged cabinet. The shower floor they installed is uneven. Other work needed to be corrected more than once throughout the process because they substituted remnants from previous work I assume and it didn't match or fit. They broke a new light fixture and then tried to bill me for the replacement. They overbilled other times which I had to catch. Thankfully my homeowners insurance contractors guarantee their work and some of the damage caused by Moore cutting corners or incompetence can be fixed...Service: Remodeling
