Came in for a shellac Mani and Pedi... the water for both services ice cold. I had to ask for hot water both times. They tried to use a drill to remove existing polish which would have ruined my natural nail. Because they speak very limited English I had to pull back my hand and foot to emphasize no DRILL. Instead of wrapping each finger with a cotton ball and acetone they make you soak in a bowl with hot water using a cut-up water pitcher (see photo). Removing polish this way obviously left me with lots of unwanted residue on my hands... yuck. My total was $82
I came in for a mani/pedi. I noted they close at 7:30, I arrived just after 6pm. There were a few people ahead of me and I noted the number of staff. Several people came in after me.I waited about 15 minutes before being seated in the pedicure chair. There was a gentleman seated next to me who indicated that he had been waiting for his service for over an hour. There was one other person seated who was receiving a pedicure when I was seated along with two other ladies.The young man who seated us asked the gentleman if he had a preference on who performed his pedicure. The gentleman indicated it didn't matter as long as he received his service. Perhaps ten minutes... read full review
Ever since they changed management the new management is rude the employees are rude. I went in at a reasonable time and was rushed because it took them almost till closing to get to me. The man doing my shellac on my nails rushed doing my manicure and caused my real nails to break.Services: Pedicure
