Jennifer cut my daughter's hair without asking permission!My daughter's back was turned away from the mirror during styling so she could not see what was happening. By the time that I noticed what was happening, there was hair all over the floor under the styling chair.She was getting ready to cut again when I told her to stop! She stated that she was thinning my daughter's hair because it too thick!!! She arbitrarily decided that my child's hair was too thick. It’s hard to justify coming back. Now the salon has decided you need an appointment. The flexibility of walk in scheduling made up for the hour or miss of having a good stylist. With the prices and now required appointments may as well find me a salon with consistent quality stylist and easy parking. Becoming too much of a hassle

A magnificent place to get your hair done under an hour and a half. I went to the Midtown location. Just walk in. You will be greeted by a happy staff member to serve you. A scalp massage with shampoo. Oh yes! Next, blow dried straight. The style was ask and given. Loyal customer right here.So since the pandemic the service has been hit or miss. But faithfully I wait 2-3 hours before I get called back to get my hair wash. I pray they can keep cosmetologists employed to regain back their customers.
