I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a few years now and have never noticed this establishment. However, recently, my cat got stuck in the tree for 7 days and I was desperate to get him checked out. I arrived and was seen relatively quickly. Aside from some unnecessary charges (treatment for cat leukemia) everything suggested to me was all to help my cat be their most healthy self. Would take my cat back to them in the future.

Dr. Frank & Sammy are the best in the business. They will make you and your pet feel like family. The entire staff is amazing! Thank you, Team, for all you do for Dash and all the other pets.

We were able to come right in and be seen! I did call ahead and they let me know that we would be seen immediately and took good care of my cat!

Have been taking my dog here for 6 years. The past 2 years it seemed like their prices were drastically increasing and the vets were scared to deal with my pit. This last visit was because my dog had pyometra. They charged $550 just to send labs and give her 2 antibiotic shots for her fever. Then wanted $1800 for the surgery that they couldn't do until at least Monday(this wasca Friday). Thank God my dog ate something by mistake Monday morning (supposed to be an empty stomach). Ended up getting a return call from All Animal Rescue who charged only $450 for the surgery, labs, antibiotics to take home, and I had them give her flea/tick treatment that she was due. I found that their vaccinations are also ridiculously lower than Northwestern, and my dog loved them and they loved her. Will never go back to Northwestern, they seemed more focused on how much money to get out of me EVERYTIME my dog was there the past few years.

I am disappointed in this animal clinic. I called last week and scheduled an appointment for my puppy. I was quoted $78 for 1st time visit which included the 1st round of shots and a 3 in 1 preventative chew and an additional $22 for a shot that wasn't included in the 1st visit package. By my calculations, that is $100. Upon arrival, they went over the necessary information, talked about what shots were being given and gave me a bill for $157+....DEFINITELY NOT THE PRICE THAT WAS DISCUSSED. When I explained that it wasn't the price previously given, it was told to me that they "forget to include the vist fee" in the 1st visit price. ?... How is the visit FEE not included in the VISIT PRICE? Needless to say, they have lost a customer (over $57+). And I will definitely NOT recommend them to anyone else!

Clean & competent one of my cats Bootsie had a chemical burn on her paw, they xrayed her & gave her antibiotics. She seems to be healing nicely!
