We received a next day appointment after our call regarding a recurring clogged toilet/backup problem. Josh responded promptly at the time promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to ensure a thorough examination of the affected system. He explained everything to us in detail, demonstrated the utmost integrity, and represented his company positively. It was a refreshing change from most in the home service industry. I had a great experience with Ke and Josh! I called in this morning, they called around 12:30 to say they’d be here by around 1, they came at 1, and they just finished installing my new dishwasher and hauling away my old one. It is now not even 3 pm. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. Thank you so much !
Once again, i am blown away by how fast, efficient, responsive, and honest Ke is! I had another plumbing issue come up, and after having Ke last time, i really trusted her and felt comfortable with her being my technician. She got the job done in less than an hour and she did such a good job! I’ve had 5 different plumbers come out to my house for various reasons for the past year and a half (from all different companies), and she is hands down the best one!!
