Integrity counts! I ended up not hiring this company, so I can not speak to the quality of their work, but I had water in my lower level (that I couldn't figure out) and had one other foundation repair company (JES) that used a bunch of scare tactics and gave me a $70K estimate. I called Md. Waterproofing because they were referred by a friend, and Jeremiah came out to take a look. Not only did he help me figure out that the water issue was likely coming from a plumbing obstruction (it was - plumber fixed it for $400), but he confirmed that any foundation issues looked minimal, and we could probably just keep an eye out for certain things to monitor. I highly recommend MD Waterproofing. Water was entering my basement causing lots of concerns as you can imagine. The staff was professional from the first phone call with Tayna. Jeremiah came to my home to complete an inspection. Jeremiah answered all my questions and explained all steps needed to fix the issue. "Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to".
( The scope of work received ). Sump pump was installed , window wells were cleaned out , removal of shower tub and cabinets. Outside treatment as well. The day of service. The team arrived on time and completed work the same day.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by MD Waterproofing! I was having water intrusion issues in my basement. I vetted other companies and settled on this company due to pricing and professionalism. They started on time, were very efficient and most of all they took care of my home. I have not had any water intrusion issues since! Sincerely a pleased customer ?
