I want to give shout out to Caitlyn.I have been tanning at Palm Beach Tan for several years. Today is a special day for our family, and I came in for a tan.She was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on what would be best for me. I tanned in a Diamond bed for the first time and got a spray tan. She recommended lotions, enhancers, and other magical things.Thank you, Caitlyn!

I came here yesterday evening to tan. When I arrived it was a bit busy.... I wanted to purchase a tanning Lotion sample, But they were behind the counter. I stood to the side and leaned ovor two glance at the Lotions. ( I was not behind the counter) maybe my hands were while turning the rack to see what they had .... the girl who was in the middle of helping a customer turned around to me and said " do u mind " "We can't have anyone behind the counter " .... except I wasn't behind the counter. I stood to the side trying my best not to go behind there. Usually the lotions are up front... But This time they was not?? I was just trying to see what I wanted to buy.... The girl really embarrassed me!!!! The other girl who was working up front Was very kind .. The other girl Might have been trying I am to tell me the rules... Except she went about it The wrong way... She didn't have to Say that to me in front of another customer making making me feel like I was a criminal with something we're trying to steal??? I don't think I'll be renewing My membership for next month . This month is already paid for.... So I will finish out what I paid for. If I do decide to renew I will stick with the glenburnie location. They are wonderful There and I haven't had any problems at all. I was very disappointed of the service are received.... I live close by so I usually alternate between here and glen burnie because it's close to my job. I think from now on on my day off it's worth the drive back to glen burnie to go there !! Very disappointed and I felt so insulted!!!!!

I’ve been going here for a year and the staff are always so friendly and nice. I think I only waited once for a bed so 9 times out of 10 you’ll be in and out in no time. The rooms and beds are always clean. The only thing I didn’t know is that if you freeze your account there’s a small charge. That charge turns into a discount when you restart your account so in the end it does work out. Truly no complaints. Thanks for being awesome at customer service!Services: Tanning

Terrible customer service. I’ve been with this tanning company for 2 months. When they signed me up, they failed to mention that the base membership is not there marketed $14.99 a month membership. When I called to say they’ve been charging my card too much the manager proceeded to argue with me that the price was agreed upon.The same manager who f’ed up my tanning time multiple times I used the bed.Don’t waste your money.Services: Tanning

I go to the Gambrills location and I absolutely love it !! Every single staff person is always welcoming polite and helpful ! Everything is always kept so nice and clean . I can’t imagine going anywhere else!Service: Tanning

I enjoy going here, the girls are always very helpful and kind. I’ve been to other places where their staff wasn’t very friendly, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was impressed. Also very clean!!
