First; my assigned stylist was great and did what she could; BUT why did I show up and they were literally out of SO Many hair colors. You are literally a hair salon; and you had such a limited supply of color for hair? My color that was in your system? Nope sorry. That’s ok because I can glaze? Nope also out of stock. ….so…my stylist cobbled something together as best she could; but it’s not my color. Shame on whomever is managing this store and for skimping on COLOR in a hair sales.

BUBBLES is a HUGE brand so the experience you get from one location to another can vary greatly.This location, though? *chefskiss*Devyn, the manager, is supportive of her staff and cultivates a culture in the salon that makes you want to be there. It’s clear how much she cares about her stylists and her clients.And then there’s Janine. ? The first time I scheduled with her, I selected “Any Stylist” but the Universe knew what I needed. Janine has rocked my fine, blah hair time after time giving it life, body, and texture. She takes my poorly conceived ideas (seriously, I give her word salad half the time) and makes them come to life. Janine is a gem! Get your butt in her chair!

What a horrible lady who answered the phone I said I want to cut my hair and she said 3 times over and over again fo you need shampoo and blow dry and 3 times I said no. She the said rudly to me you need to Cham down I said I have told you 3 times no. I just want to cut my hair I said can we move on i want to cut my hair she said no not today.So mean and rude what kind of people you got answering the phone..so I had to put the phone down
