If I could give no stars I would. I was with this agency for a few months, In the best interest of yourself or loved ones, stay as far away as possible to this unprofessional unreliable agency. They send CNA/HomeCare Aides that are not on time and incompetent. They don’t know their job. They speak and understand very little English. The administrator always has lame excuses for her aides. There were 15 negative reports sent to the state of Maryland by my support planner about this incompetent agency. Keep yourself and your loved ones safe.
