Every time I go I tell them my Legal first name and that I go by my middle name. They are obviously both on my Driver's Liscence. The girls at the counter always take 15 min to figure it out and then tell me I don't have an appointment then take another 5 min and say oh it's under your Middle name. Yes I told you that when we started! Now they tell me my 830am apt is at 12 noon even though I have multiple text message confirmations for 830am. Not sure what the problem is here everytime I come in. They are in drastic need of front desk agents with a little critical thinking ability just a little.
This is a message to Yelp. I cannot find anywhere to alert Yelp that this Google map is completely wrong. 6250 Old Dobbin Road is not where it it telling people to drive to. I am actually here at 6250 Old Dobbin Lane but the Google map/Directions is showing a location 9 minutes away. Really weird error.
Prior to my appointment I got a call from the nurse to update my records and it saved me time. The office is run very efficiently and I only had to wait three minutes before I got called!
