So first of all, I do not live in Maryland, so I had a unique situation for Auto Concepts to handle. Auto Concepts did a Pre-Purchase Inspection for me on a 1966 Mustang, got back to be in a timely manor, all at a reasonable price and was willing to bounce between me and the owner of the car. Rich who handled my calls explained to me what was happening in terms of timeline to going to see car. Not once did I feel out of the loop. Having a mechanic come to me, saving me the stress of getting my car to a shop to be seen, was a lifesaver! The customer service was excellent - Rich promptly sent someone out, touched base with me throughout the process, and followed up afterward to ensure everything was good to go. The mechanic was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He got my car up and running and sent me in the right direction for the necessary next steps.
