I switched to tidewater 8 months ago and I’ll never go elsewhere.
My hygienist, Morgan, is AMAZING! (Hopefully I got her name right ?)
Dr. Patel is great too! Super honest with me & let me know options upfront.

I’ve been going here for the past year and staff are very friendly and the wait time is minimal. The only downside since these past few months is that it’s very very difficult to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments because no one answers the phone or i’m put on hold for 20-30 minutes. I’ve tried calling different times of the day or trying different days but still no answer.
Everyone I encountered here was pleasant and helpful. I had an emergency and even tho I hadn’t been there in a few years, they were able to accommodate me. I did not feel judged, even though I’d neglected my teeth for a while! When I came before, everyone was just as pleasant as they are now! I highly recommend this dental practice.
