Fantastic service and people. They take care of my massive pup so well, he’s so well mannered around them too. My sister and I used both their professional services and self use and both experiences were great. Plus they still really helped us when we did the self serve. They really listen to what me when I explain what my pup needs. Not to mention the doggy scent they use is AMAZING, non irritating to my pup and lasts for DAYS. 10/10 would recommend
I've taken my dog to Puppy Palace on multiple occasions for both the self-service wash and regular baths/grooming. They offer great value for the cost. If you are doing self-service, everything you need is included; shampoo, brushes, towels, etc. For the grooming and baths done by the staff, they have always done an excellent job. Nate and the other staff members are friendly and accommodating. Service is typically quick; I can drop my dog off and pick her up in about an hour. She comes back out looking like a new dog! If you are looking for a place to serve your dog grooming needs, Puppy Palace is my top recommendedation.
My experience at puppy palace was amazing. They provide everything for you to self wash your fur baby or you have the option to have your baby groomed by one of their professionals. Very great and knowledgeable customer service and friendly owners. My dog is 85 pounds and they had plenty of space for me to wash him as they have different size stations depending on your dog. We both left very happy and he was super clean! Very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back!
