Ellen, the hairdresser and owner, is excellent at cutting and styling hair for both men and women. She has a lively personality and sometimes her comments and reactions are extreme. Her salon is cluttered, also to the extreme. Here is my praise and also my complaints.

You need to come here! I'm new to the neighborhood and didn't know a good place to get my hair done. I totally lucked out with Ellen! She went WAY above and beyond to do my color and cut perfectly, staying much later than her usual closing time and she was pleasant and kind the whole time. She is fun to talk to and knows all about Charles Village. Thank you so much Ellen. I will definitely be coming back.
