From the sales to install team everyone was great. I had an assembly problem and they quickly dealt with it. I’m very happy with the customer service. Product looks great too. Looking forward to many years of relaxing in it.

Second time dealing with this company in the last couple of years. Excellent customer service with numerous follow ups to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Professional installers that even clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Advance tent and awnings.
