I had a great experience with Joe and Greg from Jim Dorsey & Son Inc. The unit had two gas leak. They were right on time, which is always appreciated, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism stood out—they were courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. It's not always easy to find dependable and trustworthy plumbers, but Joe and Greg exceeded expectations. Highly recommend their services!
So pleased I was recommended Dorsey & Sons!! They were able to get a plumber to my house same day, and a second plumber came through to assist. Justin and Colin were so nice and professional, they stayed late on a Friday (before a holiday weekend, no less!) and we're able to get our kitchen sink back in working order. On top of that, they recommended easy home maintenance steps that we could do to prevent any future issues. To have two guys come through late on the eve of a 3 day weekend and for them to still have the kindest attitudes says a lot about the staff and company! Joe Curly & the other gentlemen was very knowledgeable. They explained to me what had to be done & completed the job with no issues. My faucet outside was leaking, enough though it was off. Joe had to replace the pipe going inside the house. I'm very thankful I'm so happy I called Jim Dorsey
