She always knows exactly what I want. Especially this last time normally I have some idea but this last time nope not clue only knew one thing I didn’t want (orange hair). She not only gave me something amazing but what I have exactly wanted!
My first time with Kristen, I have to say she is pretty amazing to say the least! Right from the start she goes over your hair with you, explaining your past process's and how she can fix and improve on it. I love the fact that she informs you on what she would recommend doing to refresh your hair! She has great knowledge of hair and the process of coloring it! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new hair therapist! She is so worth it. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!!
