The staff is warm and engaging. And, Emma is SO knowledgeable about the treatments and benefits. I did lots of cryotherapy here and Newton after my knee replacement & my Dr was shocked at how quickly I healed. He suggested I keep doing it and I did. Great for inflammation- check it out!

I’ve started visiting the Dedham location last year , the staff was always welcoming and very helpful. I went in for the sauna. I just started back and so far same service as before.

Highly recommend! Great for some me time or if you need to do work the WiFi is good too. The nurses are fantastic. You don’t have to worry if you have ever had issues getting set up for an IV they know what they are doing
