OMG …. Marvellous workk …. Today i have done my microblading session,, I am so much happy that i chose boston eyebrows for perfect eyebrows .. Shrestha is so much professional , she does an amazing job ?? she listens to me everytime i wanted to make a change and also guides you according to your face structure.. such a pleasant personality with her best eyebrows skills. Definitely a painless process. Really professional service.

I booked for a Brazilian wax and a brow wax and I left very disappointed.

The whole appointment was very rushed, even though there was enough time as scheduled. My Brazilian wax was extremely uncomfortable, so hurtful (more than what it is supposed to be) and even rough, aggressive. For me, this service is the one where you’ll need to be more caring and understanding, definitely not rushing it, minding you are in a very vulnerable position. It was just an awful experience.

Now about the brows, again super disappointed. I showed them a picture of my own eyebrows the way I like them and the way I have always have it. They barely looked at the picture, there was no mapping or shaping whatsoever and I ended up with something I didn’t like. Also it was very rushed as well, not more than 6 minutes, which for me it was unbelievable.

They claimed to have “a lot of experience” so that’s why they do things “faster” but this wasn’t just faster, it was rushed and very uncomfortable.

I feel they could have done a better job especially with all these great reviews and minding there was still 10 extra minutes after they were done.

I won’t be coming back here.

Regina literally felt like my second mother. She’s so sweet and outgoing, I got to meet her lovely daughter as well. They were both extremely welcoming. The environment was so relaxing and clean. She did an amazing job on my brows and is by far the best eyebrow artist I’ve seen in Boston. I highly recommend!!
