Romel is an amazing personal trainer that makes workout safe and fun for even first timers. He personalized trainings based on my personal goals and helped me achieve even more. The gym is also very clean and organized. It’s highly recommended.

I had a great time training with Rome at Canadian Park. He was very knowledgeable when explaining why we was working out . I also love the fact that I can play my own music out loud in the studio, they have created an awesome atmosphere to workout! I’m ending my training because I’m leaving for school but if I was to stay in Boston I would train with Canadian park .

This was a great training center I been training with Romel for 6 months 2 times per week I have seen my arms get bigger I’m also able to push more weight via sled I feel very strong after every session. My mental health is also better after training with Romel. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great coach and a great workout!

I would love to share this experience with all the women that are hesitant to start working out Canadian Park Training is the place where I felt extremely comfortable and confident. After giving birth I was extremely uncomfortable, and tried a couple of l training sessions in other small studios in the area but this was the best fit . I recommend Canadian park to all women in Boston. If you would like to have a good personal Training experience THIS IS THE PLACE !!!

The closest gym to my apartment, and can also be a good choice for anyone who lives and works nearby on Newbury Street in Backbay.I feel really comfortable training with Romel as a woman. He is perfectly matched to my concerns and needs that I want to focus on. It feels great to have the structure and guidance I need. I am feeling stronger and most importantly hopeful after each session.Also, Romel is very personable and always tries to find common ground with me. As someone from another country, I appreciate the efforts he makes. I am looking forward to continuing working with him.

Romel has a very versatile training approach. I felt extremely comfortable with him, and he’s very knowledgeable about the work outs he prepares. I love the fact the the gym is walking distance from my job, and during the summer I typically walk or jog to the gym. Canadian Park Personal Training is a great small gym, and I especially enjoy the close community Romel has built with all of his clients. As he says, we are all leaf’s ??
