We love Dental West! I have been going here for 25+ years and they are always honest and kind. LG is amazing and always makes my kiddos feel at ease and they love her too. And their office is always welcoming and beautiful outside!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! NEVER PRE-Pay for Dental Work. Will not be completed, complete with loads of excuses and incompetence. Staff is Great! Dr. needs better bed-side manner. I did get refunded for pre-paying for work that was incomplete. Now have the Stress of finding another Dentist, that I trust- knows what he is doing. They have lost a good customer, who always paid upfront. I have to wait 2 months now to get a simple crown finished!! Guess my trust was mis-placed. Never shove a drill in someone's jaw when YOU ALREADY KNEW! they have a sensitive mouth - what could possibly happen without numbing medicine?
The staff at Dental West are extremely respectful, Dr. White and his assistant listen to everything I say and take my best interest into account. When one dentist told me I needed to get a tooth pulled, I went to Dr. White for a second opinion, told him I wanted to save the tooth if possible, and he worked out a plan with me where I could keep my natural tooth. I don't have many of my own teeth left and it was going to be the same price to keep the tooth and put a crown on it as to get a full denture. I am much happier to keep my remaining teeth in my old age and can't thank the staff at Dental West enough.
