I came here right after nail salons were able to reopen due to COVID. This was my first time at this salon but I religiously get dip manicures at another salon in the city. I got a dip manicure and got tips added to all of my nails. It cost me $55 plus tip. This is more than I usually pay for this service but I was just happy to have my nails done again. My nails looked great and were exactly what I wanted. However, within a week and a half two of my nails had broken in half. One nail broke while opening a can of soda and the other nail broke while I was getting an ice cube out of a tray. I have never had nails break this easily before. I'm so glad I found this place! (Thanks, Yelp reviewers!) I came to town for a conference and my dip manicure was chipping badly. Very embarrassing. I needed a quick fix and this place exceeded my expectations. The ladies at La Rouge were very sweet and friendly. They worked efficiently to not only take care of me but also my friend who decided to get her nails done as well. The young lady who did mine talked me into getting tips on a couple of nails that I had broken right before the conference. I was reluctant, but am so glad I did. They look so much better! I'm in town for work and had some time so I wanted to get my nails done. Found this place through Yelp and called around 4:30pm - they were able to fit me in same day for a 5:30pm appointment. I've been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I've been blown away/in love with my nails! The powder doesn't look too thick and she filed them PERFECTLY just how I wanted. Most of the time when I get my nails done I'll just go home and file them to my preference but she nailed it and I'm obsessed. I'm tempted to fly back every 3 weeks just to get them done here but I'll for sure come back if I'm ever back here!
