Amazing for sore muscles and energy! The staff is awesome!!!! I live 30 min away with a cryo place much closer to me but drive out here just because you are treated like they've known you forever. Can't beat amazing customer service like that!

I am all about trying anything for recovery and I am glad I tried this place! The compression is amazing and the cryo is wonderful. The staff there also tried to get to know you and I always feel welcome anytime I go.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are so dedicated to your health needs and goals. They have something for everyone. I love cryotherapy and compression therapy. After a long day and hard workout, it makes you feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff truly treats you like family. One of the best parts is that it is conveniently location next to Fresh Market, so the parking is always good. The owner is great and has a strong presence. He is always there getting to know his clients and doing special events and deals in order for people to get the best experience.
