Louisville Hi-Tech Floor Covering

We had a great experience with Louisville Hi-Tech Flooring. We replaced the carpet in 2 of our rooms with vinyl flooring. They came to measure quickly and the flooring options were really nice. Alan was our installer and he was in and out in about 4 hours. Our new floors look fantastic.

They were mostly responsive but the one thing I think would improve their service is having a clearer contact method. We had the installation scheduled but had to reschedule at the last minute, and it took a couple weeks to nail down a new date and time. Had luxury vinyl plank installed downstairs and hardwood installed upstairs and couldn’t be happier with the service received. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection and install. Their price beat out all other quotes! Butch and Chad made sure I was completely satisfied with install and warranty given with product purchased! They guaranteed the installers would be prompt and complete my job in the time given and they completely exceeded all expectations.

Awesome to work with. Butch and Chad were super nice and very helpful with assisting us in picking out our vinyl flooring and carpet. The installers were professional and respectful and did a great job putting out flooring down! We are highly impressed with the way our basement looks and will definitely recommend Louisville Hi-Tech and use them in any of our future flooring needs.
