Integrated Pest Management Services

IPM is a trusted company by me in my personal investments and my Real Estate career. My many experiences with them has been honest, reliable, trustworthy, informative, and affordable. They are my go-to for all pest inspections and needs.

They do great work, but the automatic appointment system is so inconvenient. They call you 2-3 days before (one of those days being a holiday last time) and schedule you even if you don’t answer, and the voicemail is either blank or half of the message is cut off so you don’t know what it’s saying. Then, when they show up at your house and you’re not there (because said voicemail doesn’t give complete info and 2-3 days isn’t enough time to request off work anyway) the guy gets frustrated with YOU and claims “the notes say human answered” despite that not being true. I highly recommend IPM Services for radon mitigation systems. Dennis B***** is experienced, knowledgeable, and straightforward in his approach. He performed a free diagnostic test to determine whether sub-slab depressurization would even work for our home. (It wouldn't.) Where other firms might try to sell a system anyway, he referred me to an HVAC company that he knows has installed Heat Recovery Ventilation systems as a next-best option.
