The ladies are so super friendly ! and NO fat or stretch mark shaming !!. They're so comfortable to talk to I absolutely have no self- conscious issues when I'm in there and I'm just a beginner. they are truly there to help. I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days and 1.9 inches on my waist circumference in a healthy way so i dont have to worry about gaining it back . I'm so excited to have found this place

I'm in the middle of doing my LED lights but so far at my 2 weeks weigh in, I lost 8.5 pounds and 7.2 inches. Between the LED sessions and me, working harder to live a healthier lifestyle, I go to Pilates Reform 2-3 a week and boxing once a week, drinking a lot more water, it has helped me tremendously. I've been in a funk for 3 yrs because I couldn't lose the weight, the weigh in with Jessica gave me hope. Jessica was so excited for me and that makes me feel so good knowing she is rooting for me. The staff @ Reve Body are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable The owners, Dr Justin Pearse and his wife Dr Shannyn Pearce also operate MillPond Family Wellness Center located adjacent to ReveBody. it was a little hard to find because it is on the side of Kroger but other than that initial snag, everything has gone beautifully. I've lost 18 inches and 12 pounds in just 8 sessions. They are reasonably priced. Great relaxing atmosphere and very convenient, it's located in between Gas station and Kroger ( literally a few steps a away)get gas, lose fat and pick up groceries all in one stop!!!
