Finally a place where women can connect and do cool stuff! My first introduction to Warrior Spirit Wellness was a Painting and Wine class taught by Karen April. - Amazing.I love that WSW presents a variety of activities from yoga, to Foam Roller Instruction to Sound Therapy with water bowls. You never know what they have up their sleeves, but anyone who has been there already knows it will be awesome.
I love the energy here. I visited for a sound bath and it was very relaxing and refreshing. Everyone was very nice, the building was clean, and pillows and blankets were provided. If you enjoy things like yoga and sound baths, this is a place to check out.
The most magical space with the kindest people. They have a variety of services and classes for everyone. I would highly recommend themto anyone that is interested in physical and spiritual wellness!!
