Gavin F. At the Alexandria location gave my car a great spray down before the car wash. He was able to get a few stubborn spots that wouldn’t come off. Very happy with the Alexandria location.

I took my car to Blue Roo Car wash in Alexandria yesterday. It has not looked so clean in years!!! It was my first time there. The staff was so helpful. I loved the free vacuum. I used it 4 times. The wand is thin enough to get in little spots. It was great having the clean black towels and spray to do the inside of the car and inside the doors. I will certainly go back.

Went through their 24 hour wash a few weeks ago all though it accepted my payment the wash prompted me to wait for the car in front of me. Although there was no car in there the sprayers kept spraying in one spot after 15 minutes of waiting I left. I called and left a voicemail for a complementary wash or something for my money back and have yet to hear anything back. The owner called me back and made it right. Now that is what is most important about business. Thank you sir.
