Then clicked their link to fill out paperwork and the link had expired?I showed up the appt (which *they confirmed via text* 24 hours prior), and they had canceled my appointment. No phone call to let me know this was happening, no apology once I was at the office - just a sigh, eye roll and “we’ll have to reschedule”.Vein Clinic doctors, please get yourselves competent, professional receptionists. They’re driving away clients.

I'm thankful how they told me I wouldn't die, and that I don't have DVT. It gives a lot of piece of mind. They scanned my legs to find the root cause of my varicose veins.

RUDE. It took my three months to get an appointment. Four days before my appointment the front office left me a nasty voicemail telling that if I "can't take five minutes to fill out their HIPPA paperwork online" that they would have to cancel my appointment. When I called to better understand the problem, the woman was incredibly rude on the phone, spoke to me like I was a child, and said that I probably wouldn't show up to my appointment anyway. I have heard wonderful things about the doctor so am disappointed. If you make an appointment, you're on the front office's schedule not your own so be sure you fill out their online paper work immediately "or else" you risk losing your appointment.

I had treatment for my spider veins today and I am very pleased. Dr. Barbieri and his staff are all very friendly, professional and well informed. If you have any concerns about vein treatment, this is the place to go.

I have been seeing Dr Barbieri since 2015 for sclerotherapy and he is absolutely the best. I have had great results and I have always felt well advised. He is professional and incredibly pleasant with a great sense of humor. This tracks to his entire team and you will find great service from the front desk to the nursing team. Make the appointment with him-you won’t regret it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff and Dr. Barbieri are AMAZING! Making an appointment was easy. I had a couple of questions after my vein ablation and phlebectomy, Dr. Barbieri called me right back and put my mind at ease. I was able to set up a payment plan that was affordable. Overall wonderful place!

This clinic is amazing. The staff and Dr. Barbieri are all so attentive and go out of there way to make sure you understand what is going on and that you are comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
