Cameron Heflin saved us from buying a home that would have been a complete money pit! Not only that, but he saved us thousands of dollars in would be repairs had we bought the home we put an offer on! He was thorough, was friendly and willing to talk with us about things we saw in the home we were having inspected. He caught so many issues, we ended up backing out of our offer and we are ever so thankful!
Excellent services! Cameron was very responsive and able to accommodate a relatively short notice request to inspect a home. He conduct a very thorough and comprehensive inspection and identifies issues that needed attention - this includes add on inspection that he recommended, which caught discrepancies that would not have been identified otherwise. Highly recommended!
