They almost got 5 stars…Erica did a really great job. She made me feel comfortable, was friendly, & gave me really good recommendations as far as habits at the end, which i really appreciated. The reason i docked it one star was because i had a voucher for a free 60 minute session and they said i owed $19… I told her I thought it said it was a free 60 minute session and i still ended up getting charged four or five bucks. It’s obviously not gonna break the bank, but if your voucher says a free 60 minute session then you should honor that regardless of if your “prices raised”. Oh my, the stress and tension of 609 miles of driving from Richmond, VA to Indianapolis was unknotted and I left feeling so relaxed. So much so that someone joked, "Are you ok to drive?".
My massage was probably the best one I have ever had, with Erika, but it was after her smoke break. I'm allergic to smoke, so I complained and she did what she could. But she is so thorough and good! The parking garage is clean, but the turn style doesn't work. The office staff seemed unprofessional.
