Brian is awesome!!! We had trouble with a leak on our hot tub. Brian answered his phone after hours helped us determine that it was the pump seal leaking. I removed the pump. My wife took it in the next morning and Brian Installed new pump seal had us going within a hour!!! also took care of the Warranty claim paperwork!!! Thanks again Brian hard to find service like this anymore!!!
Had some technical difficulties with my spa and gave Indiana Pools and Spas a call. The came out twice and even spent 30 minutes on the phone with me getting it all sorted out. I am very appreciative of such high quality customer service.
We live in Muncie, and none of the spa places much closer than Bloomington would help us with our spa. We have purchased some repair items for our spa from Indiana Pools & Spas in the past, and we have been able to do the work ourselves. But we wouldn't have been able to without Brian's help. We recently had an issue and called Brian. He was so helpful and even went above and beyond in looking up information to help us. Brian and his company are the best!!
