Precision Language & Graphics provides translation services in more than 60 languages. The Citizens Utility Board, or CUB, Illinois' premier utility watchdog group, sought PLG's services to translate into Spanish one of our most important consumer publications: CUB's Gas and Electric Guide. This is a handbook for explaining to Illinoisans their rights as utility customers. It's a highly technical publication--not something that is easy to translate. But PLG did an excellent job! So impressed with the concise text translations provided and the quick turnaround. We've had materials from Ukrainian to Urdu, that were accurately reviewed and converted to accessible texts for our multilingual patrons. They're a certified, professional, and timely!

They are a great resource -- responsive customer service, quick turnaround times, competitive rates. I have outsourced multiple projects to them over the years (letters in a few languages) and I highly recommend them.
