My garbage disposal has failed over the weekend and I needed a plumber to get it replaced. I got quotes from two other companies that seemed Ridiculously expensive. My neighbor had used drain and plumbing services in the past and recommended I give them a call. Sasha Came out within two hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the garbage disposal and gave me a couple of options for replacement. I selected the incinerator badger And Sasha was able to install it for me on the same visit. While doing that, he also found a leak under the kitchen sink that was coming from my kitchen faucet. He tightened the connections and the leak stopped. I loved that the prices were given to me ahead of time, and they were not surprised charges after the fact. They were also at 30% less expensive than ABC plumbing and Ravinia. I would definitely use them again for their quality, prices, and customer service.

We had D&P make a gas line modification for us in our kitchen. Dima showed up and did a great job for us within a couple of hours. I recommend D&P and would happily hire them again.

The owners and their technicians are very friendly and easy to coordinate with for scheduling. They're also great in a pinch should you have a plumbing emergency! I needed an additional waterline spigot for my backyard, so I began requesting estimates from three companies. Drains and Plumbing gave the most affordable quote, and although I usually choose the middle price, their exceptional reviews convinced me to go with them.
Scheduling the estimate was easy. I was provided a time window and received a text when the technician was on the way. Mr. Boris arrived with a friendly attitude, and I was impressed when he removed his shoes upon entering my home—something even I hadn't done.
As Mr. Boris drilled the hole for the spigot, I noticed he took extra care to clean the hole and seal it with caulk. I've attached a photo of the new spigot (on the left) next to my existing one (on the right). You can clearly see Drains and Plumbing's attention to detail. After completing the job, Mr. Boris even took a moment to help me brainstorm ideas for another project I had. His willingness to go the extra mile led me to ask if he owned the company, given his customer-focused attitude and thoroughness. To my surprise, he said he was just an employee.
Drains and Plumbing left a great impression, and I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I didn’t think I could love a plumbing service this much! They fixed all my broken pipes and were able to get my shower fixed that many others have come in and tried and failed. They were quick and efficient, but also so knowledgeable and transparent! They saved me from having to spend so much more money by tearing everything out and building new. I cannot thank them enough and will use them now moving forward for any other plumbing services we might need. I highly recommend!

Fast reliable service that i highly recommend. I called company’s line in panic after 10pm when I saw a puddle of water in the basement and immediately received a video call from the owners to discuss the issue. The technician’s visit was scheduled right after the issue was identified. I received updates via text prior to technician’s arrival, which made it so much easier to plan the day. I’m grateful for fast and professional resolution. My go to plumbers!
