Well, I saw a new business in Lincolnwood called Zuni's Hair Salon & Spa. I didn't know what to expect as I tried a few different places and they didn't seem to do the simple style that I wanted. I had an appt. with RUBA and she said, please give me a chance, so I did. I had an appt. today for 10:30 am and thought I would give this place a try. Ruba did a marvelous job on touch up. She superceded my thoughts and even went the extra mile for me which I genuinely appreciated her gift of hair dressing. She cut my hair nicely and styled it. Needed a quick trim and hastily looked for salons in the area. The Yelp offer for first-time clients drew me in (20% off) and so I called to see if they had any openings. I was quoted $35 on the phone, and was told that would cover the cut plus wash and style. I got my hair shampooed and cut in about 30 minutes. The stylist blow-dried my hair a little, and wrapped up the session with my hair still partially wet. I found this very odd, but I was in a rush so I followed her to the front to pay up. LOVE it here, I've gotten several hair treatments here before and I trust them every time. I've gotten my upper lip threaded and eyelash extensions as well. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a trusting place to get your hair and eyelashes done, that lasts long and looks amazing. Prices are very fair and more reasonable than other places too. 10/10 would recommend.
