This was AMAZING. I got the Japanese Head Spa treatment and the ladies scanned my scalp and I could see in real time the hair follicles on my scalp unable to grow because of buildup and dryness. They massaged with wonderful products, steamed, shampooed, massaged twice more and after we took a look at my scalp again and it was all cleared up!! The follicles now have blood flow for growth and it helped so much that I actually cancelled my dermatology appointment the next day because I didn’t need it… GO HERE!!!

I came in during a Chicago weekend trip. The prices at Spa 920 were significantly lower than the city so we drove 20 minutes outside of the city, so worth it! I got the Japanese head spa treatment. The staff were so kind and took plenty of time massaging and explaining my hair and scalp needs. It lasted about an hour. Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in Chicago!

Went in for the Japanese scalp treatment, but also treated myself to a facial and man — i walked out glowing and feeling so light! I suffer from chronic dry, flaky scalp & eczema on my face, so both treatments were beneficial. The facial included a head, neck, and arm massage, which I didn’t know I needed in that moment. #selfcaresaturday - walked out with my head feeling lighter and hair feeling healthy and smooth. Definitely coming again!

Loved treating myself to a birthday scalp treatment. The staff was so nice and took their time to explain to me the different steps in the treatment. Made me question why we don't have this treatment as a part of our routine self care. I can't wait to see the results and can't wait to go back and enjoy it again.

I initially found this place looking for a head spa near me because I wanted to have a scalp treatment. They had facial they offered as part of a promotion so figured I love facials why not. OMG LET ME TELL YOU... this was no facial this was the most amazing 90min in my life. It was a billion times better than just a facial. I swear she got rid of my double chin and 40 years of stress in 90min. I highly recommend going but I'm also planning on booking everyday until my husband takes away my credit card. The scap treatment helped so much. I had no idea how much buildup I had. 10/10 recommend
