Premier Rug cleaners did what I didn’t think was possible. After a year and a half of our Puppy finally being potty trained with numerous accidents on this rug I was seriously considering throwing it away. I was almost too embarrassed to take it anywhere for cleaning, but I read great reviews about Premier and decided to give a try. I really was hoping for a miracle, and they delivered. The rug looks amazing. We paid $1,500 for it 26 years ago. There is absolutely no pet smell whatsoever. The picture says it all. I feel like I have a brand new rug. Thank you Premier Rug Cleaning. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone.

As a general matter, I do not write reviews - this is my first. But, Premier's service level was so exceptional that I feel the need to let others know how good this company is.We are absolutely ecstatic about this company's rug cleaning service based on the recent work that they completed for me and my family.We were intrigued by Premier's online video that detailed the multi-step process that they used to clean various types of carpet using state-of-the art rug cleaning equipment that they purchased in Turkey a few years ago. We called the company, explained our needs - they immediately provided a reasonable quote and indicated they could pickup our carpet within 24 hours. Equally impressive was the fact that Premier was willing clean and deliver the carpet back to us ahead of a gathering we had later that week. The carpet looked and smelled great - it was as good as new from our standpoint.I cannot more highly recommend this company based on their responsiveness, quality of work and reasonable pricing.Thank you for the fantastic service!Service: General carpet cleaning

I found this place on google. They were super responsive they cleaned a Turkish prayer rug my grandfather bough in Ankara in 1967 they restored it back to its former glory and even re-fringed it for me! I was soo impressed I had them do my own Turkish rug I bough when inwas in Istanbul in 2021. This place is a must have in your pocket when it comes to preserving family heirlooms!!!Service: Area rug cleaning

100% satisfaction! From the initial appointment for free pick-up thru final free delivery, Premier was tops! My Safavieh area rug looks like new. Delivery guys were so courteous & went the extra mile, including making certain the rug & furniture were replaced perfectly. Skip the DIY rug washing or in-home service.
